Wedding Flowers Terms and Conditions
Booking
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £100. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Payment
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Payments can be made by cash or card at the shop in person or over the phone if more convenient.
Flowers, Foliage & Sundries
As we will be providing a natural product please be aware that the quality and colours may differ slightly to those discussed and agreed, depending on season and availability. All flowers and plant materials are seasonal and subject to availability, substitutes will be made as and when they are required. Floral Dance is under no obligation to inform the client of any substitutions that are made prior to delivery of the goods, however we will endeavour to keep the designs and finished work as close to the agreed requirements as possible.
Flowers and other plant materials are for display purposes only and NOT for consumption.
Hired Items
Floral Dance will charge the client for any hired items. The prices will be stated on your quote and is not an unexpected additional charge. All hired items (if any) must be returned to Floral Dance within 1 week of the wedding and in their original condition. For an additional charge we can come and collect them from the venue.
We don’t charge a deposit for hired items but clients will be charged if any hired items are lost or damaged.
Delivery
Floral Dance will provide the Wedding client with delivery of all ordered floral designs. Once the floral designs have been delivered they become the responsibility of the wedding client. Floral Dance cannot be held responsible for any damage or destruction of designs once they are in the care of the client or the wedding venue
Liability
Floral Dance shall not be liable for any breach of copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity relating to materials supplied by the client.
Floral Dance will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any third party arising out of any work carried out by Floral Dance for the Client.
The Company will not be held responsible for loss or damage caused as a result of a third party or environmental issues associated with the venue.
Where candles are incorporated within the design, ie table centre candelabra, it is the Client’s responsibility to agree with the venue provider whether the venue and the proposed location of the piece deem it safe within their health and safety policy for the candles to be lit. Floral Dance will supply good quality candles in secure holders but cannot be held responsible should the provider of the venue deem it unsafe, at the time, for them to be lit.
Floral Dance reserve the right to supplement and/or amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
Confidential Information
Floral Dance and the Client each agree with the other that any information given to the other which is proprietary and confidential will be kept confidential and not revealed to any third party both during and after the currency of any contract between the parties and after its termination.
Cancellation/Order Reduction
If the order decreases to below 75% of the original order value (i.e. whatever items you agreed to go ahead with when booking) then Floral Dance reserve the right to either charge the original price or cancel the booking as we may have turned down other weddings. This is purely to protect Floral Dance in case the order reduces drastically as your prices are based on the size of the overall order.
Should you cancel 1 month -3 months before the wedding day then any money paid would also be non-refundable.
A cancellation at 1 month or less would mean the whole balance is payable.
